I am a very strong leader and believe in leading by example. I always take the time to get to know my team members on an individual level. This allows me to understand who they are, what motivates them and most importantly allows me to bring out the best in each person by understanding how they like to be managed as well as focusing on their driving factors.

I am target driven, very passionate and always give more than what’s expected. I work well in a team and on an individual level. I enjoy succeeding and reaping the rewards thereof.

Customer satisfaction is very important to me and I pride myself with being great at setting and achieving high standards at all times.

I am strategic, goal orientated, innovative, self-motivated, well educated and skilled at public speaking.

I have worked and succeeded in a fast passed, highly pressurized metric driven environment for the past 12 years. I have dealt with customers worldwide ranging from US, EMEA and APAC regions. I have built great successful teams over the years and journeyed through a great career with Symantec (VeriSign Trust Services) all of which I have thoroughly enjoyed.

I have a lot to offer and believe that I will be an asset and excellent brand ambassador to any company that invests in me.
