ABOUT ME

Manisha has been certified as an International Assessor in Thomas Profiling. She has worked across Manufacturing, Government, Banking, Educational Institutes, Pharmaceuticals, Automobiles & Health care Organizations. She is a Graduate in Psychology and Post Graduate in Human Resource & Organization Development from Ethiraj College for Women (Chennai) and Madras School of Social Work (Chennai) respectively. Manisha has good exposure and hands on experience in Psychometric Assessment, Assessment & Development Centres, Competency Framework Development, Aptitude testing, Competency Based Interview/ Behavior Event Interview, 360 degree appraisal and other OD intervention tools. She has been involved in Online test administration, design & conduct of ACDC, Tool creation, scoring of test results, analysis and interpretation of report to help organizations make effective hiring decisions, to find the right person for the right role, for training need analysis, for team analysis, development, career pathing etc. Manisha has also been involved in carrying out 360 & 180 degree assessment for a mega project covering around 8000 employees. She has also worked on customizing & design of psychometric test for Indian & Middle East based client.
