Extensive 3+ years of IT experience exclusively in the field of CRM including + years of relevant experience in Salesforce Financial Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
1) Experience in handling more than 100 users of Salesforce and worked with various licenses of Salesforce. Expertise on Financial Service Cloud, Sales, Service, Marketing cloud and Einstein Analytics.
2) Experience in Salesforce Financial Service Cloud module and managed scope, risks, issues, portfolio management , investment and insurance processes and budget for Salesforce project.
3) Served as the point of contact during all phases of project for the internal project team and implementation partner(s).
4) Daily administration and support of the Salesforce.com CRM platform including, but not limited to, managing multiple user setup, profiles, roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validations, package deployment, and third party integrations.
5) Experience in developing lightning Web Component, lightning Component, integration of Salesforce with SAP and other ERP systems.
6) Experience in formation of Workflows, Process builders, Page Layouts, and Record types, validation rules, approval Process for the needs of application.

7) Extensively worked on sales and service cloud, Salesforce chatter for effective communication among employees.
