ABOUT ME

Hello, I'm 40 years old, I'm Aquarian and since I was 12 years old I've been fascinated to understand how things work and how I could I fix them, it's no wonder I was soon interested in electronics, science and technology.

After working on the creation of educational software for schools, I decided to direct my career in providing innovative solutions in this area, nothing is more rewarding than helping educators to impart knowledge and engage students to learn in a playful way.

After a short period working with computer networks administrator, I decided to venture into architecture solutions for human capital management systems. For more than 21 years I have worked on more than 35 projects for the largest Brazilian and international companies.

My talent is to observe and find a systemic solution to big problems in general and it was on an afternoon in April 2016 that I had the idea to create TALENTOSO, which is a platform focused on digital inclusion aimed at awakening people's talents so that they can overcome your challenges anytime, anywhere.

On a weekend in September 2017, my daughter Clara, 10 years old, challenged me to make a different garden in our backyard and thus our IoT Vertical Garden. It all started as a hobby, soon there arose many people interested in growing organic food at home and also have a healthier and sustainable life without harming the environment, with interactions, monitoring and automation at a distance through the internet. We were awarded the Brazilian Environmental Seal with this project in 2018!

Due to my experience in talent development projects and teaching systems, I had the privilege of working with the Vanzolini Foundation, Instituto Natura and Aryton Senna Institute through the GBI company where I was able to participate in education innovation projects in Brazil with a significant impact on the formation of students guided by the base national common curricular giving a much greater meaning in my career.

I am delivering a very rewarding job since 2018s at Yara International ASA on Global IT team helping to optimize more than 64 countries by continually improving services in HRM and HESQ systems acting as Solutions Architect on those domains.
