I have more than 10 year-experience in handling Manufacturing Operations Management which includes production operations management, purchasing management, warehouse management, quality control operations, and food safety program implementation. These are also the topics that I mentor to business operators and trainees. I have recently acquired my Master Six Sigma Black Belt from the International Institute of Six Sigma. I have received my Certification as Food Safety Instructor and HACCP Manager Certification. I have acquired Certification on Procurement Management, Procurement and Logistics Certificate Course, Warehousing and Inventory Management Pilot Certificate, with assessment, via distance learning. When I worked in the industry, I obtained support for initiatives related to Total Quality Management such as strict adherence to quality, continuous improvement, Suggestion and Feedback system, waste segregation and disposal program, implementation of workplace organization and orderliness (5S) and implementation of Kaizen program.
