ABOUT ME

I am Licensed Teacher with almost two years experience in academe. Currently I am a Coordinator/Secretary in a small business, specialized in geodetic engineering and real estate. At the same time I am a volunteer in church works as Assistant Coordinator/AV Head, my primary roles is to prepare powerpoint presentations for every mass and create info-graphics to post in church's page. I have also experience in a BPO company (Optum) as Pharmacy Technician/Fulfillment Pharm Clerk for two years, my original task was to encode data from fax we received from our client and submit to higher level team and when I was promoted to that level, my task was to examine the request from our client to be approved, denied, or pend to the pharmacy level. I have also been in a call center industry as Customer Service Representative for several months, handled airline account.
