I have been working as a Customer Service Representative for 20 years. I do email, chat and phone support. I worked for America Online as Billing Support for 12 years and moved to Technical Support for Dell Computers.

I troubleshoot Dell computers with their hardware issues and set up repairs for their customers. I cater Dell customers in Ireland, United Kingdom and South Africa.

With my years of experience, I have master the art of customer support.
