ABOUT ME
I have overall 10 years of experience in BPO and KPO industry. Currently I am leading a team in a UK based recruitment agency since 2016. Where we are responsible to book the candidate for shifts and maintain their compliance regarding their work. I am also responsible to co-ordinate with our UK client via calls and emails on daily basis to sort out the disputes and queries. I do maintain performance reports and presentation every month to maintain productivity graph.
