I got an early start to my work experience while in High School, where I did part time retail sales. After graduating high school, I served in the British Military for a short time.
After the military I started working in sales again as a direct marketer for a company called Super Chef, they specialized in portable convection ovens, I rapidly made a name for myself and was promoted to training manager within three months of starting with them, I was charged with recruiting and training new marketers while also training to take over a sales team.
While working as a direct marketer for Super Chef I earned numerous company sales awards.
As a Sales Manager I ran a team of between four to eight marketers and performed exceptionally well as a closer for my team.
After Super Chef I moved to Namibia and began working for Radio Wave 96.7FM as a presenter, during that time I volunteered in the Namibian Police Force as a reservist.
After three years in the radio industry an opportunity arose to join Coca-Cola Namibian Bottling Company as a Security Controller for the country, during my time at CCNBC I had the opportunity to gain more management experience within the security industry.
In 2016 I Joined Trustco Group Holdings media department, where I began at Mixed FM to help develop the station in its infancy as well as a presenter and sound engineer.
Within Trustco an opportunity was presented to me to join Trustco Media as a Sales Executive, I once again I thrived within my sales department and played a key role in growing the team, I advanced well within the company and built my name and personal brand up as a Media Solutionist.
Since then, due to my work experience in the industry and reputation I was head hunted by Bläk Advertising as their Accounts Manager where I manage a number of clients under the Bläk portfolio, and
manage the creative studio in terms of briefs, deadlines
and client expectations.
