ABOUT ME

I am a Registered Nurse by profession and I was a company nurse for 5 years in one of the call centers in our country. I was also Customer Service Representative for almost 4 years and my job was mainly to reach out to our customers via phone or email to make sure that their orders are delivered on the scheduled delivery date. I also coordinate with different vendors and manufacturers to ensure that they are packing and shipping out the correct products that our customers orders. I am also tasked to call different carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc to confirm the delivery of orders. An addition to my task is to call freight forwarders to schedule appointment or delivery of oversize items. I also do researches like looking for Pick and pack fulfillment centers that can deliver packages from USA to CANADA and MEXICO. All researched data are compiled and updated in a google spreadsheet. I am also responsible in defending A-Z claims, chargeback claims as well negative feedback from the customers. I make detailed summary on all the resolutions that we have provided to the customers to prove to Amazon that we have done everything to rectify the issue.
