In additional skills, I have been doing a legal document such as Mortgage, Deeds of Sale, Deeds and Leases and also Real Estate Property entering a specific needs from the documents in our database such Lot Number, Block Number, Street Name, Subdivision Name and so on. I know how to Maintains operations by following policies and procedures Complex Problem Solving - Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop, evaluate options and suggest solutions. I can Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and able to perform any operational tasks assigned such as maintaining data entry, auditing accounts/transactions and monitoring production procedures. In my past 4 yrs in this kind of job I can assure you that I am very meticulous with my work I do an excellent job in searching for people with specific roles making database out of the information collected.
