ABOUT ME

My first job was a customer support representative for a telecommunication company in the U.S. I've been working on customer's account, fixing irregularities on their bills and making sure that their plans were most suited to their needs. My second job was with a food delivery service also located in the U.S. I handled the restaurant side of the business and mainly assist owners and staff on how to fix issues related to live\non-live orders or their account settings. I am a quick learner and always make sure that I adhere with the rules. I was also competitive with my colleagues but not forgetting to help them as well as we worked as a team.

I also have a lot of friends that are in this line of work. They are working as Virtual Assistants, Search Engine Optimization Specialist, Data Encoder so I have a knowledge on how they work. I believe that my experience and this knowledge will help me and the client to complete the tasks without any problems.
