ABOUT ME

I am a Masters Degree graduate in psychology with a human resource and administrative work background for more or less 9 years. Over the years, I have proven myself to be computer efficient with good organizational and planning skills. With work, I was always given the feedback of delivering an effective communication with co-workers and heads through appropriate interpersonal skill and problem solving orientation. I am very well oriented with the different processes of human resource especially with recruitment and employee relations. I have honed my skills in conducting interviews with applicants and leadership evaluation. These skills allowed me to thrive in fast-paced independent environments that let me put my time management and organizational skills to use in order to meet the objectives of the company.
