ABOUT ME

I am an experienced Journal Account Officer / Project Manager, working closely together with the authors, editors, and business stakeholders in publishing a book or a journal. I manage every aspect of the production, from reviewing the manuscript in each stage, checking if all the requirements for the manuscript production are in place, up until the book or journal is ready for publication. I have had a couple of training experiences in leadership during my role as a Journal Account Officer, which I believe is an advantage that I can take for my future job. I also have experience in Information Technology as an IT Instructor and a freelance graphics and website designer. I have an extraordinary ability to learn and apply new skills to adjust effectively to different and changing environments, and smoothly integrate changes into my work habits. I have excellent customer support skills and enjoy working with a wide range of people and being open to differences and attitudes, values, and personalities.
