ABOUT ME
I am computer Engineer having a 4 years 9 months of experience in customer service profile,I worked with HCL TECHNOLOGIES for 1 year I was in British Telecom process(UK) I worked for 3 process( Technical, Sales, order support). I used to resolve customer queries through Inbound/outbound/chat/email. It was blended profile,then I worked for Convergys as a Technical associate in Microsoft process for 9 months, currently working with Dell as a Specialist in Sales operation its been 3 years with Dell. I joined Dell as a technical support but later was promoted as a Specialist in sales operation (Inbound, outbound,emails,chat).I am a Dell certified Technician.I do have knowledge of networking, I did certification of Cisco certified network associate & Microsoft certified IT professional, also have knowledge of VM WARE, MS OFFICE.
