ABOUT ME

I am Md. Mominul Islam, a CSE graduate from BRAC University. I am working as a Quality and Implementation Consultant at Field Buzz, a last step software solution provider in secondary sales since November 2018. In my position, I have to monitor all the production servers daily and control the quality of the application and system. I managed the field stuff software training and give support to the customers. Sometimes I need to troubleshoot some technical issues too. I have been working as a Chief Operations Officer at DroidDigger, an android app and marketing Startup Company since July 2017. In my position for DroidDigger, I managed the team from the beginning to the end of the projects. My responsibilities include testing the final product, managing our clients and make sure that they get what they want. While dealing with the responsibilities I have found that, maintain the team, monitoring the full system, ensuring client satisfaction and promoting the company name is very challenging jobs that require quick responses and problem solving skills. I also wrote articles for the company blog, managed the editing and posting of contributing articles, managed their social media presence. Being a self-motivated and hard working person, I always loved to deal with the new challenges and complete them successfully. I always enjoyed being an organizer and therefore, during my University days I worked as an event manager in Computer Club in my university. Experience has taught me how to build strong relationships with the team members and to work within a team as well as cross-team. As a tech freak, I am very much keen to work with a growing IT company where I would be able to apply my resources to creative problem solving and fine management skills. I believe that having an engineering background and managerial job experience, the job description fits me perfectly and I have what you are looking for.
