ABOUT ME
I have proficient knowledge in ability to draft, analyse, interpret and reconcile accounting information and the financial statements whilst adhering to firm methodology and demonstrating adherence to the standards set out by the International Standards on Auditing (ISAs).
Having handled my own audits and worked on several consolidations I formed the skills necessary to plan an engagement and overall allocate responsibilities as well as lead a team to the point of completion (monitoring time and cost budgets and achieving productivity targets, taking responsibility and accountability on the engagement, leading a team with a positive attitude and demonstrating professionalism, organizational and communication skills whilst complying with ethical standards).
As a result of my experience in Audit I have developed a greater understanding of accounting and book keeping and have been freelancing for a period of time now for small and medium sized entities (SMEs), creating as well as maintaining their books and accounts.
Proficiency in programs such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint), CCH Pro audit software, Quickbooks, Tally, etc.
