I am working as a data entry operator and web researcher where I have to generate leads of business. Ad-rank is also a marketing company. I had to find the companies contact details which company have 25 or above domain authority, like phone number, email address and marketing manager's detail social profiles and export them to excel file. further i am doing data entry work from pdf to word and excel for more than 5 years. More than 3 years experience in Ufone as a customer service executive to handle Prepaid and Postpaid customer's queries and complaints over the call and resolve them or forward them to the relevant team to resolve the issues related to product within given TAT. During this period i was rotated to different BPO skill-sets listed below: 1-Daewoo Pakistan 2- PTCL Directory Assistance 3-KFC Pakistan to received customer calls and respond according to customer queries.
