Currently, working with Constellation Software Inc - Canada. as an Senior Accountant - Sales & Use Tax for Perseus Division. Supervise and assisting team in sales tax matter, Due-diligence and integration for new acquisition, Prepare sales tax memos, Working on nexus analysis and determination / wayfair economic nexus analysis, Determination item taxability for all BU's and sales tax setups for new companies, Prepare reports for filing US returns all states, Canadian GST/HST & PST, AU BAS and UK VAT return, Sales tax registration, SOS registration and annual report filings. WA B&O, Property tax, etc.

I also have an honor to work with Maya & Associates LLC (CPA Firm) as an Senior Associate Accounting. Prepare Financials of the client for Income tax (1120, 1120 S, 1040). Updating all client information and Tax returns in Lacerte (Income Tax Software) & in Office Tools (Project Management Software), when required. Prepare Input form, filling & scheduling payment of Client Sales Tax. Prepare payroll documents, filling & scheduling payment of Payroll Taxes (941, 940 / Unemployment / 1099 & other state taxes).

I got exposure to work with Power Track International (Pvt.) Ltd - Pakistan. as Accountant. I was working with Horwath Hussain Chaudhury & Co - Chartered Accountants (member firm of: Crowe Horwath LLP.) as Audit Assistant.
