ABOUT ME

I have an experience of 6 years working as a customer Support Representative/Technical Support Executive, in which I gained an extensive hands-on experience in customer support. As apparent from my CV I have strong management and customer support background. I am experienced in working with team in a large organization, and helping customers to achieve the solution to a problem. I take pride in conducting myself in a professional manner when representing a company. I thoroughly enjoy getting to know customers and figure out how best to serve their needs. I have worked on many CRMs like Microsoft Dynamics (NAV), NetSuite, Ferrari Panel and Sugar CRM.
I have acquired the diploma of Graphic designing from UCAT. I also have a good grip and a good knowledge of basics of HTML/CSS, and i am fully capable of making responsive webpage.
