3The contract had to be cancelled due to missed deadlines and non-response from freelancer. Midway through the project, milestone payment was demanded despite not communicating this earlier. Freelancer could have handled this in a more professional and ethical manner as the price, scope and timeline had been communicated and agreed upfront at the start. Freelancer's Response first of all only work with milestone payments is safe for artist and when you got all the files with rights related to that particular milestone then why are you arguing or that you got the files i got the payment , whats wrong in it . second i told this client the project budget is low before starting not in mid way . thirdly this client can hire you for the easy work then change it to complex one as this work requires frame by frame work as well ,so i feel there is nothing wrong to ask to change the budget , well i don't want to argue on this anymore thanks with respect and respect artists as well
