 Implementation in AO & SI both, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Par Lightning, Integrations, user provisioning, community cloud, custom solutions for territory management etc.  Configured the User permissions based on the organizational hierarchy.  Created custom objects, VF pages, triggers, validation rules by using Apex as per Customer requirement.  Developed various Tabs, Components and Visual Force Pages and Controllers.  Worked on various standard objects like Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Reports and Dashboards.  Worked on customer portal and complaint and case management.  Designed, and developed the Custom objects, Record Types, Formula fields, Page layouts, workflow rules, tasks, emails and alerts to track customer related tasks and activities.  Manage customers with profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules in customer portal.  Integrated using SOAP based web services by generating the necessary stubs from the WSDL files for extracting the data from the homegrown applications by using the homegrown web services.  Created and used Email templates in HTML and Visual force.  Wrote SOQL and SOSL statements within custom controllers, extensions and triggers.  Configured Salesforce.com security profiles and custom object supporting integration.  Implemented case management automation (on Case Object) to track and solve customer’s issues.  Performed unit testing for every written code.  Always wrote test methods with code coverage of 85% minimum.  Used field level security along with page layout to manage the visibility and accessibility of fields.  Wrote batch classes, which can be invoked programmatically at runtime using APEX.
