Configured Salesforce.com security profiles and custom object supporting integration. Implemented case management automation (on Case Object) to track and solve customer’s issues. Performed unit testing for every written code. Always wrote test methods with code coverage of 85% minimum. Used field level security along with page layout to manage the visibility and accessibility of fields. Wrote batch classes, which can be invoked programmatically at runtime using APEX.
