· Improve quality of products & workflow.

· Make relevant reports consistently.

· Keep accurate records of operations and general administration.

· Liaise with and work harmoniously with other parts of the organization.

· Manage the stock in work in progress.

· Performing relevant performance appraisal.

· Identify customer and product line profitability

· Oversight responsibility for human resources , including keeping staff records, managing the payroll and other statutory payments,

managing and keeping track of leave and sick days taken.
