I'm a System and Network Administrator with more than 6 years of experience providing phone,email and chat support for customer across the globe.
I provide top quality support for various issues such as Network, server , Cloud and Desktop support. I’m a techno functional person. I can handle systems infrastructures, Network Infrastructure, IT Operation, IT Security and ERP Administration.
I have a dedicated room, as my home-office, with Acer nytro 5 Laptop and a cable broadband with a speed of 20Mbps. In rare case of me needing a backup, I use my Jio 4G data connection. The computer has updated security software and genuine Windows 10 Pro operating system. I am available for Phone, Chat as well as email support.
