Initially I worked for Citibank(US credit card process) where I solved customer's queries related to their credit card issues, solved complaints of the customers who were charged finance charges and did upsales(sold balance transfers and credit protector, after leaving TCS I joined Capita India for Insurance process where I interacted with Insurance customer service via email. As a freelancer I worked for Get divorce papers.com(US) for 3 years where I interacted with customers who were applying for divorce papers online.I worked with UK company 'VANANDMAN' UK movers and packers for chat process(freelancer) I have good internet speed of 15 mbps. Ready to work in all the shifts. As a freelancer I worked as data entry specialist, I have worked on excel ,MS word and Power Point.
