I have total 15 years of work experience out of that 7 years on US based projects with companies like ITSI, Gilbane Building Co. and Granite Constructions as a Sr. Estimator.

I am familiar with US standards of construction works. I can smoothly use software like On-Screen take-off (OST), Timberline, Agtek – Earthwork 4D etc. I have successfully completed various take-off and costing assignments applying standards like CSI master format 2012, ASTM Uniformat 11 elemental classifications, RS Means cost data base etc.

Keeping in view possible association with you, I would like to mention here that I am holding US Visa which will allow me to visit United States to attend the business meetings, if required.

I shouldered following responsibilities:
- Performing and reviewing – Estimation, Costing & Quantity take-off services for various projects at the
Proposal stage.
- Preparing Cost Estimation on Timberline software.
- Estimate Reviews in Design Stages – Performing cost Estimation exercises at all design stages 35%, 65%,
95% and 100%, wherein comparing the Quantity Estimate at every stage to the Initial Estimate.
- RFP Document – Reviewing and summarizing RFP Documents to prepare Technical and Briefs to issue a
Q&A document for Client
- RFP Analysis - Reviewing RFP’S to summarize Project Information like - Cost, Duration, Wage Decision,
Bond and Liquated Damages to assist in “Go-No Go” Decisions
- Sub-contractor Bid Evaluation – Reviewing sub-contractor quotes, comparing them for compatibility with
RFP Documents and Project Requirements
- Responsible for generating proposal costing and pricing for management approval.
- Responsible for managing and request for quotations from subcontractors; follow up on commercial and
technical clarifications from clients and subcontractors.
- Responsible for evaluating subcontractor’s proposals, technical support in revising contracts.

Having Experience in projects ranging from Residential Buildings, Hotel, Office Building, Commercial Buildings, Educational Buildings, Hypermarket & Malls, Retails, and Services. Performing all functions pertaining to contracts, Quantity Surveying, Estimation & Costing.

Experience includes cost controlling, cost planning, cost advising, project procurement, pre and post contract administration, estimating for tender and budget, preparing project planning, preparing and assessing claims and variations, negotiation and settlements. Excellent relationship management, analytical and negotiation skills with deftness in swiftly ramping up projects in coordination with clients, architects, consultants and contractors.
