ABOUT ME

• Elected as the president of the medical club at JUST, for three consecutive terms, for the elections of 2012/2013 - 2013/2014 - 2014/2015.
• Elected as a representative of the college of medicine in JUST’s student union 2014/2015.
• A board member of the college of medicine at JUST, (2014-2015).
• A member of the committee of students’ issues, at the college of medicine at JUST, (2015-2016).
• A member of the committee of curriculum upgrade, at the college of medicine at JUST, (2014-2015).
• Member of the International Federation of Medical Students Associations (IFMSA) 2010-present.
• Management of the largest national cancer campaign initiated by students: "One Jordanian Dinar (JD) .. One's Hope" by the Medical club at JUST in collaboration with King Hussein Cancer Foundation KHCF and King Hussein Cancer Centre KHCC, raising over 17,000 dollars, (May 2013).
• Management of workshops by the medical club at JUST on: Vital signs (November 2013, November 2014, October 2015), Injections (April 2013, November 2015) and Suturing skills course (November 2013, March 2015) and CPR course (March 2014), for medical students at JUST, in collaboration with the Faculty of medicine/JUST.
• Manger of "Check Your Health Status" campaigns; which included measuring the Blood pressure, Blood Glucose Level and the BMI, which Took place in the outskirts of Jordan, for people who lack the access to medical services, by the Medical club at JUST, (October 2013, December 2014, November 2015).
• Statistical study and analysis of chronic diseases among the age group (15 - 44), in Al-Sareeh district in Jordan, (June 2014).
• Upgraded the student’s registration system at JUST, from the position of a representative in the students’ union at JUST (2013-2014).
• Management of "Winter's coat" handout, which was held by the medical club at JUST; collecting clothes from students, handing them to the less fortunate, (January 2014).
• Managed and held numerous lectures, seminars, workshops and public talks, by the Medical club at JUST, to mention few:
o A seminar on the accountability for medical error in Jordan, in association with the national association for the safety of therapeutic specialized medical mistakes, (May 2014).
o A lecture on pre-exam stress management in association with the psychiatry department at King Abdullah University Hospital (KAUH), (April 2015).
o Managed campaigns in guiding first year student through various procedures as well as academically in collaboration with the student union at JUST, (September 2013, October 2014, October 2015).
o Traveling to Europe, US, UK, Jordan, Egypt and Turkey.
