ABOUT ME

I am a dependable person and a hardworking individual. I have 3 years' experience in a back-office position for an internet service provider. In this position we do various tasks such as making an outbound call to customers about their billing request, answering customer inquiries thru chat and sending emails to customers.


Inline with that position we also take live escalation calls specifically for clients billing concern then coaching to the agent to let them know what could have been done differently during the call.



I also have a 1 year and 7 months experience in Financial account (Wells Fargo) wherein we handle clients concern about their credit card such as billing, payments, dispute, fraud complain and balance transfer this also include for basic stuff for online banking. In line with this position the knowledge of banking regulation in the US. A total of 7 years experience in call center industry.
