I am Daryl John Dona 26 years old. I studied and finised my college degree in Information Technology at Polytechnic college of La union Philippines. My previous experiences are as follows:
1. Customer Service representative(Telco Company)
-responsible for answering inquiries about telco products and services such as: connectivity issues, Basic network troubleshooting(mobile/laptop), and explaining how the product and services calculated their monthly bills.
2. Customer Service representative(Online Games or a Game Master)
-responsible for implementing in-game policy, monitoring realtime game server and testing in-game bug report.
