ABOUT ME

Hello, I am Nikhil Anand. I finished my Bachelor of Journalism and Mass communication in 2017. 2016, I got an opportunity to work in MIB (Ministry of Information and Broadcasting) in the Social Media team. College bailed out on NOC and I had to quit. After Graduation, I landed at my first Job, LikeWike (Company now shut) followed by Bollypedia. 2018, decided to do Masters and During the 2nd year of Masters, I joined NewsroomPost as Social Media Editor and Associate Web Producer (The year 2019). I am helping NewsroomPost grow its Digital and Social Media presence. Right now, it is work in progress.

My KRA holds Social Media Marketing, Video Production, Influencer management, Audience Engagement, and Growth Management. I help Editorial departments Hindi and English keeping up with Social Media and Google Trends. I have been working closely with the digital marketing team and Making strategies for Content and Social Media (Editorial Viral Content). I write and cover Politics, Technology, Medicine, Education, Sports. and anything which is trending on the internet. I also take care of Guest coordination for interviews and Special Stories. I have a keen interest in crunching the number of analytical tools. One of my skills as Web producer included extreme knowledge of Social Media Streaming, with Facebook, Twitter, and youtube.



One of the recent projects and departments I have been exploring is Media sales and advertisement. My conclusive experience says Digital media advertisement has immense scope of growth. I have been writing more in English, but My Hindi and other regional languages are as good as Chetan Bhagat.
