 Pre Sales – Understanding the client’s requirement, their business model by interacting with client on calls and by making documents and presentations.
 Doing competitive analysis, proposing solutions and furnishing clients with all required information about the organization, service offerings etc.
 Delivering BA artifacts such as Project Plan Documentation, Project Initiation Document, User stories, Use cases, Process flows, SRS, FRS Documents.
 Post Sales – Making wireframes of the complete system both static and dynamic and ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable.
 Collect and analyze the project's business requirements and transfer the same knowledge to the client.
