ABOUT ME

I would like to introduce myself and my venture, NimTalkingTalent. I am a senior HR professional, with 15 years of global work experience in Banking & Finance, Operations, IT Startup, Manufacturing & Refineries. I completed my masters from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and am a President’s Gold Medal in Mathematics(Hons) from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. In addition to extensive hiring experience across all levels – entry to C-Suite, I have expertise in assessment centres, coaching, gender diversity and organization design. I am certified in MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Inventory), Appreciative Coaching (Fielding University, USA) and PCMM (People Capability Maturity Model). I have been a speaker in HR and Gender Diversity forums, and have also presented a paper on “Role of Assessments in People Development.” I started NimTalkingTalent, with the sole purpose of helping individuals at different career stages maximize their career potential. For individuals, I offer a professional, personalized and affordable resume refresh, leadership bio, linkedin profile makeover and job interview coaching experience. I am also a Career Coach empanelled with RiseSmart (a Ranstad company), a leading company which offers innovative solutions for outplacement and career transitions globally. I help individuals showcase their value proposition, without compromising on authenticity. In particular, I also help them with career strategies for specific needs like military to civilian transition, career break for caregiving/entrepreneurship, ageism etc. My clients include students starting their careers, young leaders and senior executives across industries globally viz. APAC, Europe and both the Americas.
