ABOUT ME

I am a Sales Representative. I have worked for 3 companies so far for more then 2 years.
1st (1 and half year) : I worked as a Business Development associate for a software development firm. Where I had to make B2B cold calls to businesses located in USA & Canada , set appointments and converse with CEO; CTO; Directors, maintain email communication with them, follow up with them and eventually persuade them to hire our services.
2nd (10 months): Recently I have taken the role of Sales Engineer and Research Lead for a creative agency. Here I am in-charge of pretty much what I used to do in my previous job and also research companies and personals, collect their information and add it the system.
3rd (2 months): I worked on a commission based job for a Canadian Client where my role was to call up retail shops and sell glass products.
I did acquired experience of using Microsoft CRM, Office, Slack, X-lite, Paid Skype systems.
