ABOUT ME

Qualified and experienced technical writer with expertise in writing, updating and editing technical
documentation such as: Procedure manuals, user guides/manuals, programming manuals, service
manuals, technical notes, operational documentation to explain clearly and concisely the installation,
operation, monitoring and maintenance of software. Worked as a liaison among stakeholders to
understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and recommended solutions to
achieve targeted goals. Aligned for eliciting the actual needs of business units and stakeholders with the
capabilities delivered by information technology, courses of action to be undertaken and served as a
“translator” between them.
