ABOUT ME

Under a variety of titles, my responsibilities have generally included technical writing, acting as project manager on several large-scale documentation and design projects, and staff management.
As a technical writer I have written API documentation, database schema documentation, and user interface documentation. As a writing project manager, I created and implemented processes for document control and creation, and tracked and prioritized project goals and dependencies.
A degree and diploma in computer science engineering helps in researching technologies, domains and products and producing clear, concise written materials with the right level of detail to meet the needs of a variety of audience. I also have exposure to business analyst role in Salesforce based products. The role involved in-depth exposure products, customer life cycle and sales and service cloud space, capable to understand business processes, goals and gaps.
