I have 8 years of experience in terms of managing an LMS. From handling, managing & administering learning activities, solving simple & complex issues that arises within LMS, interacting with vendors, stakeholders & developers and coming up with innovative ideas in utilizing LMS.

Customer Service & Technical Support: Had worked for almost 3 years on a contact centre industry. Mainly answering customer inquiries, solving desktop, internet & software issue via phone and email.
LMS Administration: Perform successful delivery of Learning Events in LMS (Success Factors & SumTotal) and interaction with vendors, stakeholders & developers.
Project Management: Handled & manage a project for an Organizational Unit (implementation of Learning & assessment)
