Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Business Management from the University of the East. She has experience working on a higher education admission office working with transcripts and student documents. Over the years, she has worked as a Customer Service Specialist and an Accounting Clerk for various commercial organizations. More recently she performed various roles for different mortgage companies and financial management firms, where she reconciled sensitive information in client mortgage files, managed client information databases, conducted client account issue root cause analysis, and ensured data were consistent, accurate, and correct. She also managed loan documentation and origination packaging, conducted loan officer duties, and completed quality assurance assessments of junior loan administrator work. She is very “customer focused” and thrives in an environment where accuracy and speed in resolving issues are key metrics.
