I have a bachelor’s degree in geography and planning, and also a Cisco certified IT essentialist, I have extensive knowledge of Windows, OSX and Linux operating systems, I have experience in performing field exercises which vary from collection of data to entry of data and database management which I derived from working with different NGOs over the years, I have experience performing administrative duties such as answering phones, greeting customers and maintaining accurate records. I also have experience preparing reports, updating data and implementing new technology. I have extensive knowledge of MS Word, Access, Excel and a variety of other programs. I have excellent verbal and writing skills with the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner. I have the knowledge and ability to assist the manager with the daily activities by organizing and prioritizing the workload. I also have the ability to keep the manager updated on any new developments and to assist in supervising the staff to keep operations running smoothly. I have outstanding customer service skills with the ability to help build strong relationships between the company and its clients. I possess very strong organizational, problem-solving and multitasking skills. I am team-oriented with the ability to support and motivate the rest of the team but I am also self-motivated with the ability to work independently. I stay updated on all the latest technology related to this profession and I can adapt to new technology quickly. I have the ability to maintain discretion when dealing with confidential data and I always adhere to the highest ethical standards possible.
