Coordinates personal computer hardware and software troubleshooting, installation, repair, problem diagnosis, and implementation.Responds to a rapidly changing technical environment and the requirements to the user community.
Interfaces to vendors for the purpose of establishing and maintaining a source of hardware systems, components, parts, and peripheral devices; problem resolution; and training and in-service programs.
Operates a variety of tools and equipment.Retrieves parts and supplies.
Miscellaneous Hands on Experience on special customer made, state of the art devices to capture the end user data for different defense and telecom companies. The key area in these devices is to control the power of multiple devices like scanner, thumb scanner, printer and usb modem etc. through a controller card being designed and manufactured by me in our facility, monitoring the battery voltage and devices alerts are also key feature of the card. More than 1500 cards being designed and are in use in Vodafone Qatar, Telenor Pakistan and some defense offices.
