I am a bookkeeper/accountant for almost 21 years here in the Philippines. I do record all the transactions of the company and prepare financial statements, accounts receivable reconciliation as well as bank reconciliation and other related accounting jobs. I am responsible for reporting the financial status of the company to the board of directors as well as to the government institution for tax and compliance purposes. Since the company is in financial services, we grant loans to clients in the form of mortgage loan. I do also follow-up overdue clients for their payment to avoid any legal action and to spare them of any hassle that may encounter if their account is in litigation.
