I have 20+ Plus years experience and that many certifications as well and am currently getting my 2nd Masters in Cyber Security. I love customer service snd truly believe "it doesn't cost anything to give GREAT customer service and EVERY customer deserves White Glove VIP service". I can handle your call center QA in English and Spanish (more languages coming soon). I am certified in every QA program out and can even create you, your own. I was the #1 salesperson for a year straight because of my techniques and approach and can coach and train others to do the same. I got my team a 76% increase and had the training program created based on my processes of doing my job the secret is AWESOME customer service+increased customer satisfaction+ increased company and client satisfaction+increased employee morale=EVERYBODY WINS and it didn't cost anything extra it did the opposite it made the company extra where employees were given bonuses and benefits the customers also got benefits snd discounts. COVID has killed customer service I couldn't believe some of the things said to me as a customer so bad that instead of free service I pay 200.90 a month for great customer service for my cell phone it should' be that way but the reality is that it is and I want to help you and your customers avoid having to pay for something that should be a given. I am beyond exceptional at customer service/QA/tech support/HR and training not because you pay me to be but because I truly LOVE doing it the paycheck is a great bonus! I have maintained a perfect score for customer satisfaction for 2 years now as well as made the Preident's List and Honor Roll for grades working 60+ hours a week, going to school FT, being a mom to a teenager and a mentor-survivor of human trafficking I love getting up and working everyday and know I have an amazing skill set and could set my rates beyond the top but in absolute honesty the top dollar doesn't mean that you will get me a good vibe, good company and good people that love where they work and what they do will ALWAYS win me over The skills and knowledge I could learn from you are currency in my book and as it goes "give me a fish and I'll eat today but teach me to fish and I'll never be hungry again"! So don't think of it as I may be too expensive for you or that I'm going to jump ship as soon as a higher rate comes along. Think of all the skills and knowledge you'll be getting at a bargain and the priceless advantage you'll be giving me with more skills and knowledge which are far more valuable in the long run and as I started "it shouldn't cost more to give GREAT service!"
