I have worked as a graphics designer for a year in the early 2000s. Then became a web localization engineer working with graphics for brochures, online training, videos, etc. for 4 years. This was then followed by 2 years experience as a Technical Support Representative for Dell Latitude computers. Finally, the last 10 years have been a Technical Support Rep and a Field Service/Tech Support Engineer for a printer company.
