PMP certified Project Management Professional with extensive experience in developing, managing and delivering software solutions and applications for global customer across Travel and Tourism, Entertainment and Oil-trading industry sectors. Track record of converting critical and red-flagged projects to profitable ones through efficient process and people management. Adept at managing development and testing projects with expertise in project scheduling, cost and quality management along with personal effectiveness. Skilled at establishing strong communication with customers, evaluating and negotiating scope of projects and handling diverse teams of professionals on-site and off-shore.
SAFe Agilist certified, have executed projects using waterfall and agile methodologies.
