PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Senior Sales Manager – Centara Muscat Oman (Second in Command) – since February 2019 till April 2020
My first full time stint in the GCC is at Muscat in Oman. I have a team of three and I report directly to the Director of Sales
and Marketing. I am responsible for formulating and achieving budgets, training and developing my team members and
covering the corporate market for Muscat and Dubai (Feeder Market for Oman)
• Monitor and analyse sales results and create the hotels sales activities plan.
• Organise comprehensive information to existing and potential customers with regards to the product range offered by the
hotel, with the aid of the relevant sales resources and sales channels
• Manage smooth and effective Sales operations, formulating the C&E and Rooms budget.
• Cooperate with other departments in the hotel in achieving of budgets and GSS target scores
• Expand new customer acquisitions and manage contacts with existing Guests and key contacts. Responsible for business
case submission, RFP productivity, driving RGI and ARI without compromising on MPI, getting fair share
• / un fair share from RFP accounts
• Prepare contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and price conditions
• Monitor offers, options and discounts for repeat bookings for groups, congresses and seminars in close cooperation with
the Group Coordinator
