ABOUT ME

An English translator currently applying for the International Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) and the Internation English Language Testing System (IELTS). Self-taught fluent English Speaker and Native Arabic Speaker. Working currently in Customer Service in the Arab Company for Advance (Jo) and an official translator for the company. Working translating occasional legal documents and official professional emails. Briefly worked on the project of a hospital in collecting and translating medical equipment. Worked first-hand with a medical equipment engineer. Worked on translating and editing a feasibility study for the hospital. Working first-hand with the company lawyer. Worked on the deal of the selling of a school in which I translated legal documents from English to Arabic and vice versa for both Arabic and English speakers. I was a secondary intermediary between Arabic and English speakers for a short while through emails and occasionally, phone calls. Worked on translating a website for a new company (Johd for Conference Management and Training) in which the company I'm currently working with is a shareholder in said company. Briefly translated movies from English to Arabic. Currently working on a feasibility study for the new company (JohdCMT) in which the company I'm working for is a shareholder. My aim is to offer my translation and interpretation services through a self-made company which is soon to launch. My interests include extensive reading, which I do when I get the chance, and some creative writing. Currently working as a freelancer in the field of translation. My services include translation from English to Arabic and vice versa, interpretation, and occasional writing and data collecting. Looking to apply my skills in the most effective way to aid my clients and meet their needs.
