ABOUT ME

Ravi has started his career as a mechanical engineer and was placed in a reputed multinational manufacturing company. However, his keen interest in generating new ideas and protecting innovation pushed him to go on deeper levels of intellectual property. He than completed his post graduate diploma in intellectual property rights and patent management and focused on the different aspects of intellectual property mainly Patents and Industrial Designs. He passed Indian Patent Agent Exam and supported many clients to secure patents in India. He worked in one of the Top leading law firm of Delhi and now currently serving one of the oldest IPR law firm of India.

Ravi has extensive experience in the field of patent drafting, patent analytic and patent prosecution and is a pioneer in the IP industry in India. He is an expert in Indian patent law and has been responsible for patent prosecution and delivering patent drafting projects to his clients. He is well versed in Indian Patent Law and has been responsible for patent drafting, Attending hearing at Indian Patent office and handling various correspondence as per the best practices of Indian Patent Office. He has worked in a wide range of technology domains, including core mechanical, electrical, civil, electronics and telecommunications and general inventions.

Ravi is Registered Patent Agent (INPA/2173) Since 2013 with the Indian Patent Office.

PG Diploma in Patent law and Practices.
Bachelors Degree in Technology (Mechanical Engineering).
Pursuing Bachelor of Law (Intellectual Property Laws).

Patent Drafting, Preparation of provisional and non-provisional patent applications according to Indian, US and EP scenario.
