ABOUT ME

Creative Mind + Passionate Teacher + Multimedia Professional + Content Creator / Writer defines my Professional Records. Content Creation with a specialization in Instructional Design is my Skill, Passion and Service Offering. Moodle is one of my favorite LMS, since its open source yet powerful. From being a Trainee Instructor to various CXO positions, it was not a overnight turnaround. I am happy to say I have climbed the ladder to reach CXO positions from the grassroots. The professional crucible experiences throughout my journey has enabled unique creative problem solving in the tasks that I undertake, particularly in Learning and Development. A brief stint at Seneca College, Canada has given a grip on the global CG Education system. I also underwent Learning & Development Training that gave an incredible insight into the standards to be followed. Workshops and Seminars at Al-khawarizmi College, Abudhabi helped me understand the Asian side better. Having worked for Big Clients like Disney indirectly, the benchmark of a commercial work/project is crystal clear. I love to set up training methodologies, write books, prepare curriculum, and induce efficient delivery mechanisms. A Beautiful Proverb in my Mother Tongue Tamil, said by One of the great Poetic Saint Avvaiyar goes like this "கற்றது கைமண் அளவு, கல்லாதது உலகளவு", meaning "What I have learnt is a mere handful; What I haven't learnt is the size of the world". I simply feel that's the essence of any profession, particularly Training & Development. I don't shy away from learning. Innovate & Initiate has always been my Motive @ Work. With 18+ years of experience in Learning & Development in diverse fields of CG including some of the top-notch animation studios and academies across India. Training & Development, Learning Methodologies, Assessment methods, Developing unique well structured online courses are a part of my daily routine. I am a keen listener, though quick in responding, adheres to valid points that others make, see from their perspective too and initiate good stuff by just collaborating ideas. I enjoy writing stories. My Kindle edition eBook called "Briany Tales of India" is witty and also portrays how respectful our deep-rooted traditional practices are!
