ABOUT ME

I am a fresh mechanical engineer graduate from the American University of Beirut (AUB). I have been awarded with a full scholarship to study at AUB. I have interned in a construction consulting company where I was exposed to international projects such as the Qatar railway project and had to handle different tasks like procurement, extension of time claims, and even serve as an intern leader. I also breifly interned at GMC. I have a good knowledge in CAD systems such as AutoCAD, ANSYS, and CREO in addition to familiarity with MATLAB, LabVIEW, and C++. I have been a private tutor for high-school students in all subjects for 7 years, while also including SAT classes; recently I started working for Geek Express which provides students with classes in programing, engineering, and coding. I am also very involved in community service and I have volunteered in various organizations like the Red Cross, Autism Awareness Association (AAA), MMKN, English Teaching Program (ETP), and Young Arab Voices (YAV). I am currently managing a community service project that aims to introduce dry sanitation to a Syrian refugee camp in Qaraoun. And finally, I have participated in workshops that would allow me to grow in the fields of leadership, team building, reflective writing, and proposal writing. Everything mentioned before has allowed me to develop and become self-motivated, responsible, a team player, a decision maker, fast learner, and punctual in my schedule with utmost professionalism.
