• 10+ years of implementation / support experience of enterprise scale solutions in SAP HCM focused on Personal Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), India Payroll (PY), PMS and ESS / MSS.
• 3 Implementations (Mini Ratna-PSU/JSW Steel/India Steel), 1 reimplementation (ISPAT), 5 rollouts (JSW Coated product / Energy / Infra / Cement and JSoft) and 3 support projects (PwC US IT / ISPAT / JSW Group) experience.
• Experience in Blueprint to Go-Live and Post Go-live including Production stabilization, maintenance and support.

• Specialist in Business Process Analysis, Preparing Business Blueprints, Gap analysis, Design, Configuration and Testing which includes unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing and parallel run.
