ABOUT ME

I am patient and handles stress properly. I'm a fast learner and can work efficiently without supervision. After graduating from college, I was hired as a Front Desk Officer/Receptionist at a hotel for almost 1 year. We are trained on how to assist customers on their needs at the hotel, and on how we mingle and how to treat them. I was one of the Head at the Spa Department in which if there are any reservations from our customers I will be the one to set an appointment for them. And with that, I was able to have positive feedback from our supervisor and also with the customers. After working at the hotel I challenge myself, and I landed another job as a Customer Service Representative through the phone. With my experience there I was able to gain more knowledge about the Industry. We are able to cater to the customer's concerns and problems regarding there cellphones. We were trained to troubleshoot some of the customer's phones. My recent job was at QWEST BPO in which I have worked there for 5 years and 6 months to be exact. I was a Chat and Email Support for 3 years. We answer all of the concerns, complaints and all other customer's needs. We assist them also on a step by step process if they really don't get some information. Thank you for reading! :)
